Maria José is Mexican and has an extensive background in hospitality in luxury lodges and restaurants (3 years diploma). She is also very skilled in preparing cocktails, pampering guests, cleaning, providing room service, etc. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian, she speaks a medium English.

Ariel started working on a small commercial ship in Buenos Aires when he was only 15. He loved it, so he went to Istituto Nautico, the nautical high school. His first job was on ships navigating the Paranà river, up to Paraguay or along the coast to Uruguay and Brazil. He had the opportunity to go sailing and he enjoyed it, so for few years he worked as sailing instructor and delivery skipper. In the meanwhile, he gained a ship's cook qualification and a water ski instructor license. He joined the Uruguayan Search and Rescue Corps as volunteer. In the last 15 years, Ariel has been working in Italy on private motor yachts, gaining an extensive knowledge of the West Med, Croatia, Malta and Tunisia. Ariel speaks Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and English.

Captain

Antonio spent more than 20 years working in a kitchen or a galley. He is a superb chef, he can prepare South Italian cuisine, Mediterranean, gourmet and molecular. He is also a qualified Padi and SSI diving professional, personal trainer and pilates instructor. He speaks Italian (mother tongue), fluent Spanish and medium English.
