After completing her university education in 2019, Melek Gürçay ventured into the tourism industry. In 2022, she began working aboard the Bella Mare, specializing in housekeeping and table service. Melek diligently attends to the cleanliness and organization of the accommodations, as well as providing table service. She is fluent in both Turkish and English languages.

Stewardess

Perkan İşler obtained his education in the culinary arts from Halit Narin High School, specializing in cooking. He accumulated experience working as a chef in several restaurants until 2018. Since then, he has been employed by the same owner for a continuous period of six years. Initially, he began his journey aboard the Dea Del Mare in 2018, and subsequently transitioned to the Bella Mare boat in 2019, where he currently remains. Perkan possesses expertise in various international cuisines, in addition to his proficiency in Turkish traditional cuisine. He is fluent in both Turkish and English languages.

Chef

Koray Kılıç commenced his career in the yacht industry as a deckhand on the Caferoğlu7 between 2011 and 2014. In 2016, he transitioned to the Deniz Kızı 2 boat, and during the period of 2016 to 2017, he held the position of Master Sailor on the Grande Mare gulet. From 2020 to 2023, he served as the Captain on the Sagopa catamaran. Koray is fluent in both Turkish and English.

First Mate

Ceyhun Apak completed his education at Muğla University Turism and Agency. He entered the yacht industry at the young age of 17 as a sailor and has remained with the same yacht owner for a decade. In 2014, he obtained his license and began working on the charter yacht Grande Mare, where he served for a period of two years. Subsequently, he worked as a deckhand for one year before progressing to the position of first mate on the Bella Mare Boat, a role he held for four years from 2016 to 2021. Following this, he assumed the position of First Mate on the M/S Pura Vida of Liverpool boat from 2021 to 2023. In 2023, he was promoted to the position of Captain on the Bella Mare. Ceyhun is fluent in both Turkish and English.

Captain

Cenk Bilgiç had a career in the tourism sector until 2019 before transitioning to the role of a deckhand on the Kaptan Kadir yacht from 2019 to 2021. In 2022, he worked as a RIB Master for the same yacht owner. Cenk is proficient in both Turkish and English languages.

Osman İşler gained experience working in various hotels before developing a keen interest in the yachting industry. Currently, he is employed in the role of a deckhand and is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the yacht. He is fluent in both Turkish and English languages.

Deckhand

Meryem Arslanhan worked at Anastasia Hotel's restaurant until 2017, after which she worked at Shadow Restaurant in Bodrum until 2019. Later, she took on the role of a yacht coordinator at the luxurious D Maris Bay Hotel Resort in Marmaris. Currently, Meryem will be providing assistance and catering to the guests aboard. She is fluent in both Turkish and English languages.
