Introducing our talented yacht cook and host, Konstantinos Petropouleas. Born in 1999, Kostis discovered his love for cooking at a young age, helping his grandmother prepare traditional dishes. He also holds a degree in Athens University of Economics and Business, showcasing his love for science and education. Kostis has mastered his culinary skills through experience in both restaurants and yachts, and his desire to work in nature combined with his passion for the sea have led him to the yachting industry.For the last years, he worked as a freelance cook-host on sailing yachts, where his enthusiasm and hard work earned him a permanent position as a crew member on the Catamaran Omnia. Kostis is not only an excellent cook but also a passionate free diver and spearfisherman, adding to his love for all things sea-related.


His passion for fishing allows him to source the freshest and most sustainable ingredients for his dishes, ensuring that every meal is a delight. In addition to his culinary expertise, Kostis has also obtained various sailing diplomas and certificates, giving him a solid understanding of the sea. With this all-around knowledge, Kostis offers our guests the chance to taste traditional Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, always combined with a smile. Whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood or a classic Greek dish, Kostis has got you covered.

Chef

Lampros was born and raised in Patras. He is a very enthusiastic and experienced captain, born in 1986, and his sailing career spans thousand of sailing miles in the Greek seas and the Mediterranean. His participation in various major sailing championships has equipped him with a lot of experience and discipline required in this type of work, while he holds a Yacht Master Offshore RYA / MCA license.

Lampros has worked on superyachts for many years and has sailed in all the waters of Greece and most part of the Mediterranean. He knows very well how to provide a five-star service to his clients and that compromise in not an option.

Lampros is fluent in English and his mother tongue is Greek.

In his free time Lampros is ether on top of a mountain skiing or else in the sea winsurfing or taking part in sailing competitions
