Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel, complete with all its equipment in proper working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to keep in mind:
The VAT rate specified and utilized here is based on the current tax laws valid as of today and may change without prior notice. If tax law changes lead to a variation in the total amount owed, the Charterer will either receive a credit or be charged the difference.
Other costs, like fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, additional funds may be needed to address the shortfall.
