Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel with all its equipment in working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before departure. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is expressly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under current tax legislation as of this date and may change without prior notice. If changes in tax legislation occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be charged or credited to the Charterer accordingly.
