The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel with all its equipment functioning properly; tools; stores; cleaning supplies and basic consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linen; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to account for:
Other expenses, such as fuel, port fees, and the cost of provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is not sufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the shortfall.
It is expressly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one applicable under current tax legislation valid as of this date and subject to change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, resulting in changes to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
