Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry services for the ship's linen; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Costs such as fuel, port fees, and provisions will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is expressly stated here that the VAT rate applied is based on the current tax legislation as of this date and is subject to change without notice. If tax legislation changes occur after the issuance of this agreement, causing adjustments to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
