Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Costs such as fuel, port charges, and provisions will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional payments may be necessary to cover the deficit.
It is expressly noted that the VAT rate specified and used herein is the one applicable under the current tax laws effective as of this date and may change without prior notice. Should tax laws change after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be charged or credited to the Charterer accordingly.
