Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel, complete with all functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products, and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry services for the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provision expenses, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before departure. If the APA falls short of covering the expenses, additional funds may be needed to make up the deficit.
It is clearly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is based on the current tax laws applicable as of today and may change without prior notice. If tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, causing changes in the total amount(s) owed, the difference will be either credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
