Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The charter of the vessel, complete with all operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Expenses such as fuel, port fees, and provisions will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to address the deficit.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate applied is based on the current tax legislation in effect as of this date and may change without notice. Should there be changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, leading to adjustments in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer as necessary.
