Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its fully operational equipment; tools; stores; cleaning supplies and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, including fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the difference.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one currently applicable according to existing tax legislation and is subject to change without notice. If tax legislation changes occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
