Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its equipment in proper working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry for the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning expenses, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, additional funds might be required to cover the deficit.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one applicable under the current tax legislation valid as of this date and may change without notice. If tax legislation changes occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount due, the difference will be either credited or charged to the Charterer accordingly.
