Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to be taken into account:
Expenses like fuel, port fees, and provisioning costs will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA does not suffice to meet the expenses, extra funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one enforced by current tax legislation as of today and may change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
