Special Conditions
The charter fee includes the following:
The charter of the Vessel along with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to be considered:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and the cost of supplies, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before departure. If the APA does not cover all expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is specifically stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on the current tax laws valid at this date and may change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer as necessary.
