Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other expenses like fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before they leave the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to meet the expenses, more funds may be necessary to make up the difference.
It is clearly stated here that the VAT rate applied is the one currently enforced by tax legislation as of today and is subject to change without notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, which affect the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
