Special Conditions
The charter fee includes the following:
The charter of the vessel with all its equipment in working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and insurance of the vessel.
Additional costs to be considered:
Other expenses, such as fuel, port charges, and the cost of provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be required to make up the difference.
It is expressly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one applicable under current tax legislation valid on this date and may change without prior notice. If changes in tax legislation occur after this agreement is issued, leading to differences in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
