The charter fee covers the following:
The vessel's charter includes all equipment in working condition, tools, supplies, cleaning materials, and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Expenses such as fuel, port fees, and provisions will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA does not suffice to cover these expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
