Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The charter of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and essential consumable items for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry for the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance. Breakfast and light snacks are also part of this charter fee.
Additional costs to be aware of:
The VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on the current tax laws effective as of today and may change without prior notice. If changes in the tax legislation lead to a difference in the total amount due, the Charterer will be either credited or charged accordingly.
Other costs, like fuel, port fees, and the cost of provisions, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to make up the shortfall.
Meals can be prepared on board for an extra charge starting at €150 per day.
