Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel with all equipment in proper condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; washing of the ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to keep in mind:
Other expenditures, like fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer prior to disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly mentioned that the VAT rate applied here is based on the current tax laws effective as of today and may change without notice. If tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer as applicable.
