Special Conditions

The charter fee covers the following:
Use of the Vessel with all functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins.

  • Laundry service for the ship’s linen.
  • Salaries, uniforms, and insurance for the crew.
  • Fuel for the main engines, allowing up to 4 hours of cruising per day.
  • Unlimited generator usage.
  • Fuel for air conditioning, operating up to 24 hours a day.

Additional expenses (not included in the charter fee):

  • Turkish VAT at 20%.
  • Half board: €80 per guest per day (includes breakfast and one main meal).
  • Full board: €100 per guest per day (includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
  • APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 15% of the charter fee – covers drinks, spirits, transfers, port fees, fuel for water sports, and other extra expenses.
  • Crew tips: 10%–15% of the charter price (at the client’s discretion).
  • Fuel for power-dependent water sports when applicable (included in APA).
  • Beverages can be provided at cost with no markup (managed through APA).
  • Children: Ages 0–2 free of charge; 2–11 years at 50% of the adult rate.
