Special Conditions
The charter fee includes the following:
The charter of the Vessel with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to be considered:
Other expenses, such as fuel, port fees, and provisioning costs, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is expressly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one currently applicable by existing tax legislation and subject to change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, leading to alterations in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
