Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment, tools, supplies, cleaning materials, and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other expenses such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, additional funds may be required to make up the deficit.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one set by current tax legislation as of this date and may change without notice. If changes in tax legislation occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
