Special Conditions
The charter fee encompasses the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its fully operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew's salaries, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before departure. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one valid under current tax laws as of this date and may change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, leading to changes in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
