The charter fee includes:
The rental of the Vessel with all its equipment in proper working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Additional costs such as fuel, port charges, and the cost of provisions will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA does not cover all expenses, extra funds will be needed to make up the difference.
It is clearly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one currently enforced by existing tax laws and is subject to change without notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after the issuance of this agreement, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be either credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
