Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its functional equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other costs, like fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarking. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be necessary to make up the difference.
It is expressly noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under current tax laws as of today and is subject to change without notice. If tax law amendments occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer accordingly.
