Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning expenses, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA falls short of covering the costs, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the rate in effect according to current tax laws as of this date and may change without prior notice. If tax law revisions occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be either credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
