Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel with all its equipment fully operational; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provision expenses, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, extra funds may be necessary to make up the difference.
It is specifically noted that the VAT rate applied here is based on the current tax laws valid as of today and may change without notice. If tax laws are amended after this agreement is issued, leading to changes in the total amount(s) owed, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
