Special Conditions

The charter fee covers the following:

The rental of the Vessel along with all its functional equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the insurance of the vessel.

Additional expenses to consider:

Costs such as fuel, port fees, and provision expenses will be taken from the APA. Any remaining amount will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to meet the expenses, extra funds may be required to cover the deficit.

It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate referenced and applied here is the one enforced by current tax legislation as of today and is subject to change without notice. If tax legislation amendments occur after this agreement is issued, resulting in changes to the total amount(s) owed, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer accordingly.
