Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The charter of the Vessel with all its equipment functioning properly; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and essential consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under the current tax laws valid as of today and may change without prior notice. If changes in tax legislation occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer accordingly.
