The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel with all equipment functioning properly; tools; supplies; cleaning products and basic consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms; and the vessel's insurance.
Additionally: VAT 12% and expenses
The VAT rate is determined by applicable tax laws and may change without prior notice or liability on the part of the Broker, the Stakeholder, or the Owner. If there are any changes in tax legislation after a charter agreement is issued, resulting in adjustments to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer accordingly.
