Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other expenses, such as fuel, port fees, and provisioning costs, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
Please note that the VAT rate specified and applied here is based on the current tax legislation effective as of today and may change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after the issuance of this agreement that affect the total amount(s) due, the difference will be either credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
