Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its equipment in proper working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Costs such as fuel, port charges, and provisions will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, extra funds might be needed to make up the difference.
It is clearly stated here that the VAT rate applied is based on the current tax legislation effective as of today and may change without notice. Should tax legislation change after the issuance of this agreement, leading to alterations in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be adjusted for the Charterer accordingly.
