Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundering of ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, including fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is expressly stated here that the VAT rate applied and mentioned is the one currently applicable under existing tax legislation and is subject to change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after the issuance of this agreement that affect the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
