Special Conditions

The charter fee covers the following:

The hire of the Vessel along with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linen; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.

Additional costs to consider:

Additional expenses, such as fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarking. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, extra funds may be needed to address the shortfall.

It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under current tax legislation as of this date and may be subject to change without notice. If tax legislation changes after the issuance of this agreement lead to alterations in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
