Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The lease of the Vessel with all its equipment in working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA does not sufficiently cover the expenses, additional funds may be necessary to cover the shortfall.
It is expressly noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on current tax laws valid as of this date and may change without notice. If tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, resulting in changes in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
