The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel with all its equipment in good working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other costs, like fuel, port fees, and provisions, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under current tax laws as of today and is subject to change without notice. If tax legislation changes occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
