Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other costs, including fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover these costs, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate referenced and applied here is the one enforced by current tax laws valid as of today and may change without prior notice. If there are tax law changes after this agreement is issued, leading to alterations in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
