Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Costs such as fuel, port charges, and provisions will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be necessary to cover the deficit.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under the current tax legislation valid up to this date and may change without notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued that affect the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
