Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following items:
Use of the Vessel with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Costs such as fuel, port charges, and provisions will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA does not cover all expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is clearly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the current rate according to existing tax laws as of today, and it may change without notice. If there are changes in tax laws after this agreement has been issued, leading to adjustments in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer as necessary.
