Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Extra costs to keep in mind:
Additional expenses, including fuel, port charges, and the cost of provisions, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, extra funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is expressly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one applicable under current tax laws as of today and may change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
