Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the use of the vessel with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and essential consumable stores for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; and the vessel's insurance. Mandatory additional costs include a skipper at €200 per day plus food, a charter pack at €500 per week, and a tourist tax of €7 per person per week, all of which are extra to the charter fee. Optional extras, available upon request, include a cook at €200 per day plus food, a hostess at €150 per day plus food, and early boarding at €200 per booking. Other expenses, such as fuel, port fees, and provisions (including food for the crew), are not covered and will be deducted from the APA; any remaining APA funds will be refunded to the charterer before disembarkation, although additional funds may be needed if the APA does not cover these expenses.
