Special Conditions
The charter fee covers:
The hire of the Vessel with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to anticipate:
Expenses like fuel, port fees, and provisions will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA does not suffice to meet the costs, extra funds may be needed to cover the shortfall.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate referenced and applied here is the one applicable under current tax legislation as of this date and is subject to change without prior notice. Should tax legislation change after this agreement is issued, leading to variations in the total amount(s) owed, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer as needed.
