Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The charter of the Vessel along with all its functional equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linen; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Additional expenses such as fuel, port fees, and provision costs will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA does not fully cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to address the shortfall.
It is expressly noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one in effect according to current tax legislation as of this date, and it may change without prior notice. If tax legislation changes occur after this agreement is issued, leading to adjustments in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be charged or refunded to the Charterer accordingly.
