Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Extra costs to consider:
Expenses like fuel, port charges, and provisions will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer prior to disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, additional funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one currently enforced by tax legislation and is subject to change without notice. Should tax legislation change after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) owed, the difference will be either credited or debited to the Charterer as necessary.
