Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
Renting the Vessel with all its equipment in proper working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumable supplies for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry for the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs like fuel, port charges, and provisions will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is expressly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one currently applicable by existing tax laws and is subject to change without prior notice. Should tax laws change after the issuance of this agreement, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
