Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The use of the Vessel with all its equipment in functional condition; tools; supplies; cleaning products and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the insurance of the vessel.
Additional expenses to account for:
Other costs, such as fuel, port fees, and provisions, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to meet the expenses, additional funds may be necessary to cover the deficit.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is as per current tax laws valid as of today and may change without notice. If there are changes in tax laws after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
