Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its equipment in proper condition; tools; supplies; cleaning supplies and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linen; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other expenses, like fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA does not cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the excess.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one currently valid according to existing tax legislation and may change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax laws after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be either credited or debited to the Charterer as necessary.
