Special Conditions

The charter fee covers the following:

The rental of the Vessel along with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.

Additional costs to consider:

Expenses such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to meet the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.

It is expressly stated that the VAT rate referenced and applied herein is the one currently applicable under tax legislation valid as of this date and may change without prior notice. Should tax legislation change after this agreement is issued, resulting in adjustments to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
