The Theion offers an array of entertainment options and amenities designed to provide guests with a luxurious and comfortable experience. The yacht features a salon equipped with a TV, stereo, and satellite TV, along with iPod/device connections. Outdoor relaxation options include a sun awning, hammock, and Bimini. For water enthusiasts, the yacht is outfitted with a 5m Zodiac tender powered by a 115hp Yamaha engine, a 300hp SeaDoo for three with an audio system, three stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), a wakeboard, a two-person canoe, an inflatable sofa for three, two tubes, two inflatable platforms, water skis for both adults and children, snorkeling and fishing gear, sun pads, and a sea bob. Additionally, the yacht provides Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Sony MHC V83D Bluetooth audio system for parties, and a comprehensive selection of fishing equipment.

Special Conditions

The charter fee covers the following:

The rental of the Vessel with all its equipment in proper working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.

Additional costs to consider:

Other expenses, such as fuel, port charges, and provision costs, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA does not cover all expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.

It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under the current tax laws valid as of this date and is subject to change without prior notice. If tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, resulting in adjustments to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
