Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The use of the Vessel, fully equipped and operational; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundering of ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Expenses like fuel, port fees, and provision costs will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be reimbursed to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover expenses, extra funds might be needed to cover the deficit.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate applied here is the one currently valid under tax legislation as of today and may change without notice. If tax legislation changes after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount due, the difference will be adjusted for the Charterer accordingly.
